Being healthy or making your lifestyle more healthy could not be easier, it’s all in your mind set and making small changes that make a big difference.

Tip 1: Cut down on “bad foods” like to much sugar or food high in sat fat, fast food, deep fired etc. You don’t need to cut them out just moderate them to a weekly (chocolate) or monthly treats, I still eat out, have chocolate and so on. Your body doesn’t need it everyday.

Tip 2: getting moving more, add in a walk to day, or try a work out class once a week or a tone it up/home work out video. Get your blood flowing and your heat rate up, this also makes you feel happier and wakes you up! You don’t have to go over board!

Tip 3: change your mind set… Think your self healthy. This is key for me, it’s your mind that controls you, if you want to be healthy, you need to think about the food your putting in your mouth or the fact your never move for your couch for hours on end. you need I think about being healthy, you can do it. Don’t get yourself down and think positive.

I hope that helps! Becoming healthier is baby steps. Start small and they can really help your overall health.
