You will get the same results, but it depends on you. I am a morning workout person because I like to get it done and out of the way, I also HATE training after I have eaten, I also feel more motivated in the morning… however I know many people who prefer evening workouts after they have had food etc… you will have more energy after food, which come be more beneficial for you if you are doing heavy weight training. You just need to find out what works best for you and your schedule! :)
